Energy efficient upgrades
Mijn naam is Gert Dewandeleer en ik ben consultant in energie- en bouwprojecten, met een focus op energieoptimalisatie, EPC-opmaak en technisch advies.
Ik help particulieren, vastgoed professionals en bedrijven in de bouw- en energiesector om meer inzicht te krijgen in hun energieprestaties en slimme, duurzame keuzes te maken. Dat doe ik door heldere EPC’s, energie-audits en advies op maat te leveren.
Mijn dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit:
Het opmaken van EPC-certificaten
Het uitvoeren van energie-audits en gebouw analyses
Advies geven bij renovatie- en bouwprojecten
Het opstellen van rapporten en communicatie met klanten
Ondersteuning bieden bij subsidieaanvragen of technische keuzes
Een leuk weetje over mij is dat ik een echte probleemoplosser ben: ik word enthousiast van klanten die zeggen "ik weet niet waar te beginnen", want dan weet ik precies hoe ik waarde kan leveren.
